At the General Assembly held on 19 September in Krakow (Poland), EIP members elected a new Board to lead our organisation for the next two years:

Ieva Broka (Latvia) – President
Béatrice Dunogué-Gaffié (France) – Vice President
Pawel Kuglarz (Poland) – Secretary General
Rubén García-Quismondo (Spain) – Treasurer

With this new leadership, EIP strengthens its commitment to representing over 4,900 insolvency professionals across 12 EU Member States, promoting best practices, cross-border cooperation, and the development of robust legal frameworks that foster business confidence in Europe.

We thank the outgoing Board for their dedication and warmly welcome the new leadership team as they begin their mandate.
