Béatrice is the President of the EIP ( Association of European Insolvency Practitioners’ organizations). EIP counts 15 National Insolvency Practitioners organizations members, i.e. more than 5 000 individuals , representing fairly the practice in the EU .
Béatrice is a member of the French Conseil National Board (CNAJMJ).

Pawel Kuglarz
Paweł Kuglarz is an attorney-at-law with over 30 years of professional experience working as a partner for international law firms, such as Beiten Burkhardt, Wolf Theiss, and Taylor Wessing.
He is currently head of the international desk at Tatara & Partners. He is a director of the Austrian Law School at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, a European Commission expert in preparing a new directive for the harmonisation of insolvency and restructuring law, vice-president for International Matters of the INSO Section of the Allerhand Institute, and Poland’s representative at INSOL Europe Council.
He has authored commentaries on bankruptcy and real estate-related law, including “Commentary to the Act on Land Register and Mortgages”, “Consumer Bankruptcy” and “Bankruptcy of a Developer”. Paweł is a member of the Task Force of Polish Codification Commission for insolvency & restructuring matters.
Rubén García-Quismondo

Specialized in Commercial, Corporate and Bankruptcy Laws, Ruben has been performing as Insolvency Practitioner in Spain since 2000 and in London since 2012, which has led him to develop a great expertise in Insolvency cross border cases in Europe, América and Asia.
Rubén usually exercises as panellist in many forums on matters of restructuring, insolvency, business internationalization and business opportunities in Spain, United Kingdom, Iberomamérica, US and Asia.

Luis Martín Bernardo
The economist and lawyer Luis Martín, Chairman of the Professional Association of Insolvency Administrators (ASPAC, by its Spanish acronym) until March 2018. He currently has his own law firm, Abencys, where he practises as a partner together with Javier Díaz-Gálvez. Here, they work as insolvency administrators advising debtors and creditors in some of the most important bankruptcies in Spain, such as Fagor, Pescanova, Martinsa-Fadesa, Ploder, Nozar, Afinsa, Alvan, Edisan, Marco Aldany and others.
Luis has extensive experience in this field. He began his professional career at Maquiceram, an industrial manufacturer of capital goods for the ceramics industry from 1980 to 1987. It was in this year that he joined BLR Consultores, a company specialising in M&A and in viability plans and restructuring. In 1989, he created CMC, his own consulting firm specialising in restructuring, M&A, processes consulting and management systems. In 2003, he joined E&Y as the manager of the restructuring area, to then become a director and managing partner of the restructuring area of Roca Junyent from 2005 until May 2011 and a partner of the restructuring area of DLA Piper from May 2011 until November 2013.
Luis has completed several post-graduate courses relating to his professional field at institutions of recognised standing such as the IE and IESE Business Schools, Harvard University, Harvard Business School and Cambridge University.

Christophe Thevenot
Founding Partner of Thevenot Partners, Insolvency Practitioners, Paris.
After gaining professional experience in Aeronautics in Canada, Christophe moved on to a law firm specialised in insolvency and recovery. In 1997 he established himself as a Judicial Administrator, named since in several major cases by different courts of commerce in France, and mainly in Paris. He has specialized himself on preventive restructuring (conciliation, « ad hoc » mandate) and built a core competence in Strategic Negotiations and Mediation. He and his partners have also conducted several Safeguard Procedures, Administrators mandates, Temporary administrator or private receivership.
He is a past President of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires. (National Council of French Insolvency Practitioners) and a past President of ASPAJ, Association syndicale professionnelle des Administrateurs judiciaires.
He is also Member of the Board and Maître de Conférences at HEC Entrepreneurs.
In recognition of his extensive work in favor of the German-French relationship regarding insolvency law, during his mandate at the French National Council, he has been named corresponding member of VID (Verband Insolvenzverwalter Deutschland) in 2019.
Christophe is graduated from Harvard Business School (AMP), he holds a Mastère Spécialisé from HEC Entrepreneurs, and is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille.
Daniel Fritz
Daniel Friedemann Fritz is a partner in Dentons’ Frankfurt office and has extensive experience in insolvency administration and representing enterprises, management and creditors in restructuring, debtor-in-possession and regular insolvency proceedings, where he acts as a legal counsel or takes as insolvency practitioner the position of an Insolvency Office Holder (Chief Insolvency Officer). In 2018 he was acting as Chief Insolvency Officer of Paracelsus-Kliniken, with more than 5,000 employees the biggest insolvency case of this year in Germany.
For EIP Daniel serves as Harmonization Law Officer. Based on President Macron´s Speech at the Sorbonne in September 2009 and the German-French Contract of Aachen (Aix-la-Chappelle) of 2019 the French and German Government are aiming for the Harmonization of their national insolvency laws. The Harmonization Law Committee is therefore currently working on ideas how to implement these goals in the best way.
Daniel F. Fritz serves as Private Expert to the European Commission in relation to the introduction of a preventive restructuring framework and as speaker of the Working Group Europe of the German Bar Association’s (DAV) restructuring and insolvency wing. He regularly publishes and comments on German and European insolvency law. He is a Conferee of Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law and a member of INSOL Europe and served it as Co-Chair of its Insolvency Office Holders Forum.
Daniel studied law in at Ruperto Carola University in Heidelberg and at Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena. He passed his 1st State Exam in Heidelberg in 1996 and was after legal clerkship in Brandenburg in 2000 admitted to the Bar.
